Background:
Adam Bandt campaign: With the 2007 Federal election firmly in sight, the Victorian branch of The Greens party required public relations and communications support to launch Adam Bandt as The Greens candidate for the seat of Melbourne. The launch was held at Melbourne's historic Queen Victoria market. Greens Leader, Senator Bob Brown was in Melbourne to support the launch.
Union Donation to The Greens Senate campaign: The Victorian branch of The Greens party required media management for the announcement that a union had donated substantial funds to The Greens Senate campaign for the 2007 Federal election. Dr Richard Di Natale, Lead Senate Candidate, was The Grens' key spokesperson on the issue. The announcement was held on the steps of Victoria's Parliament house.

Adam Bandt campaign: Press conference attracted journalists from Australian Associated Press (AAP), The Age Online, Herald Sun, Work Force and Workplace Express. Media coverage included a Nova 100/Vega radio news interview with Senator Bob Brown, and three editorial pieces in The Age.
Unions Donation announcement: Press conference attracted journalists from the ABC, Channel 7, The Australian, The Age, Work Force and Workplace Express. Media coverage included radio interviews with Dr Richard Di Natale on ABC Radio (news), ABC Radio (The World Today), SBS Radio and Gold 104. Other coverage included pieces in AAP online, The Age and The Weekend Australian.
